TOBAGO GOLD TIKI

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tobago Gold Chocolate Rum Cream
  • 1 oz. Coffee-flavoured Falernum
  • 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz. Banana Nectar/Puree
  • 1/2 oz. Plantain Syrup
  • 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Glassware: Tiki Mug

Garnish: Lemon Grass Broom, Dehydrated Ginger, Cinnamon Stick and Cloves.

  1. Add ingredients an ice-filled Cocktail Shaker and shake vigorously with ice
  2. Double strain into ice-filled Tiki Mug/Hurricane Glass.
  3. Cap with frappe ice and Garnish.
