- 1 1/2 oz. Tobago Gold Chocolate Rum Cream
- 1 oz. Coffee-flavoured Falernum
- 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
- 2 oz. Banana Nectar/Puree
- 1/2 oz. Plantain Syrup
- 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
Glassware: Tiki Mug
Garnish: Lemon Grass Broom, Dehydrated Ginger, Cinnamon Stick and Cloves.
- Add ingredients an ice-filled Cocktail Shaker and shake vigorously with ice
- Double strain into ice-filled Tiki Mug/Hurricane Glass.
- Cap with frappe ice and Garnish.
