- 2 oz. Tobago Gold Chocolate Rum Cream
- 1 1/2 oz. Marshmallow-infused Vodka
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 oz. Evaporated Milk/Double Cream/Low Fat Milk
- 1 small over-ripened Banana (frozen preferably)
- 1 1/2 oz. Salted Caramel
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Salted Caramel (inside edges of Parfait Glass),Whipped Cream, Assorted Nuts, freshly grated All-Spice Bark, and Mini- Marshmallows
• Glassware: Parfait
- Blend (no Ice) all ingredients at low speed and pour into Parfait Glass.
- Apply Garnish.
