TOBAGO GOLD FRAPPE

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tobago Gold Chocolate Rum Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto Liqueur (infused with Jalapeno Pepper: optional)
  • 1/2 oz. Condensed Milk (optional)
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Garnish: Freshly grated Cinnamon, toasted almond slivers, and Jalapeno slice, if used with Amaretto.

Glassware: Footed Rocks

  1. Stir all ingredients in a chilled Rocks Glass.
  2. Add frappe/crushed ice.
