For 20 years, Amanda managed diving and water sports centers across Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, she was the diving instructor for Tobago Gold CEO Lars Soderstrom who shared cocoa beans with her and discussed the benefits of their antioxidants. Today, Amanda lives in Sweden and is thrilled to represent Tobago Gold.
